Former Vice President Joe Biden is pulling away from his 2020 Democratic presidential rivals in South Carolina, according to a new poll released on Sunday.

According to a Post and Courier-Change research poll, Biden is the preferred Democratic presidential candidate among 46 percent of likely South Carolina Democratic primary voters, this is up 14 points from last month’s poll.

Biden now has 31 point lead over Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), who is the preferred Democratic presidential candidate of just 15 percent of likely South Carolina Democratic primary voters.
