Clinton press secretary Brian Fallon spent two minutes on CNN trying to argue that Clinton Foundation critics don’t support the Foundation’s missions, like fighting AIDS.

CNN host Brianna Keilar pushed back, saying: “Well look, hey hey, no – criticizing the foundation is not saying you don’t want people…or raising questions about the foundation is not saying you don’t want people to get AIDS medication.”

Fallon doubled down, though, arguing that “these things are interconnected.”

Of course, in bashing the critics of the Clinton Foundation, Fallon is also criticizing editorial boards who have been favorable to Clinton in the past: WaPo, Los Angeles Times, USA Today, and more.

Clinton’s latest foundation controversy comes after an AP report that “more than half the people outside government” who met with Clinton at State had previously given to the Clinton Foundation.
