President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, is reportedly postponing his testimony before the House Oversight Committee because of “threats to his family from President Trump and his team.”

The New York Times‘ Maggie Haberman tweeted that Cohen would be postponing his testimony on Wednesday.

Cohen, who pleaded guilty to a series of crimes including lying to Congress, had agreed to testify publicly before the House Oversight Committee on February 7th “to give a full and credible account of the events that have transpired.”

It’s not clear if Cohen will reschedule his testimony before he begins to serve a three-year prison sentence.
