Before Judge Brett Kavanaugh answered even a single question in his confirmation hearing to be the next Supreme Court justice, the leading group opposing Kavanaugh went after three Senate Democrats for not already opposing the judge.

Demand Justice and its team went after Sen. Joe Donnelly (D-IN), one of the most vulnerable Democratic incumbents this fall, and the two U.S. senators from Virginia on Tuesday, all for not already announcing their opposition to the judge, who has yet to give more than an opening statement in his four-day hearing.

Brian Fallon, the far-left group’s leader, went after Donnelly:

Shannon Wurthman, a digital staffer for the group, went after Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA), the most recent vice presidential nominee for the Democratic Party.

And Meagan Hatcher-Mays, counsel for Demand Justice, went after Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA):

Kaine and Warner can hardly be called conservative Democrats. It seems, though, that Demand Justice will continue to focus their efforts on making sure all 49 Senate Democrats oppose Kavanaugh before they turn to Republicans.
