Voters in the states of four key, swing senators on the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation fight want their senators to elevate Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, according to a new poll released by the Judicial Crisis Network (JCN) on Monday.

According to the poll:

North Dakota voters say that Judge Kavanaugh should be confirmed by 60 to 22 percent, compared to 55 to 30 percent in West Virginia, 54 to 30 percent in Alabama, and 52 to 34 percent in Indiana. Independents in each state strongly favor confirmation – by 60 to 18 percent in North Dakota, 59 to 23 percent in West Virginia, 54 to 30 percent in Alabama, and 48 to 34 percent in Indiana.

The results should raise the eyebrows of Sens. Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND), Joe Manchin (D-WV), Doug Jones (D-AL), and Joe Donnelly (D-IN). All four are considered potential ‘yes’ votes to confirm Kavanaugh.

JCN is backing the polls up with four ads targeting those senators.

The ads, part of a $1.5-million buy in four states, are below:
