LEAKED: 3 Months of Trump’s Private Schedules Released

A leaker inside the White House released three months’ worth of President Donald Trump’s schedules to Axios, who published the 95 pages of documents Sunday evening.

The schedules showed that Trump “spent around 60% of his scheduled time over the past three months in unstructured “Executive Time,” which includes tweeting, newspaper-reading, TV-watching and phone calls.”

Since Nov. 7, the day after the midterm elections, Trump has spent around 297 hours in Executive Time, according to the 51 private schedules we’ve obtained.

For those same schedules, Trump has had about 77 hours scheduled for meetings that include policy planning, legislative strategy and video recordings.

The White House’s director of Oval Office operations criticized the leak and pushed back on the “executive time” criticism in a tweet on Sunday:

Still, the leak is problematic for a White House that has continually struggled to plug repeated instances of leaking. Former White House staffer Cliff Sims, who just published a book on his experiences working for Trump, said people working in the White House are concerned about these schedules getting out.

“There are leaks, and then there are leaks. If most are involuntary manslaughter, this was premeditated murder,” Sims said, according to Axios. “People inside are genuinely scared.”
