British Prime Minister Theresa May said that Iran is upholding its end of the Iran nuclear deal, during an interview with CBS News on Sunday.

CBS’ John Dickerson asked May if Iran has been holding up its end of the Iran nuclear deal.

“We believe that the JCPOA should stay in place, and others involved in putting that deal together believe that it should stay in place,” May said. “We do agree with the United States that there are other aspects of Iran’s behavior that we need to be dealing with, too. So looking at the issue of ballistic missiles, looking at the way in which Iran is acting in the region to destabilize the region, we need to address those issues, too.”

Dickerson followed up asking May again whether the United Kingdom believes that Iran is holding up its end of the deal.

“From what we see, we do believe that it is doing that,” May said. The full interview with Dickerson and May will air on CBS tomorrow morning.
