MO Poll: Hawley Up 3 With Less Than a Week to Go

Another poll released this week put Attorney General Josh Hawley (R-MO) ahead in the Missouri U.S. Senate race, a sign momentum is in Hawley’s favor for the final days of his contest with Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO).

On Tuesday, Cygnal released a 500-voter poll in Missouri that has Hawley up three points, 49 percent to McCaskill’s 46 percent. Hawley has a six-point advantage among men, while McCaskill only has a one-point advantage among women.

Another poll released this week, from Missouri Scout and Remington Research, showed Hawley up four points on McCaskill (49-45).

The RealClearPolitics (RCP) polling average of the race, which includes the new Scout poll but not the Cygnal, has Hawley up an average of two points. Hawley has led in the RCP average of Missouri polls for almost three months, since August 13, 2018.
