MSNBC’s Ken Dilanian reported that Republicans and Democrats on the Senate Intelligence Committee have not uncovered any direct evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia on Tuesday.

“After two years and interviewing more than 200 witnesses, the Senate Intelligence Committee has not uncovered any direct evidence of a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia. That’s according to sources on both the Republican and the Democratic side of the aisle,” Dilanian reported.

Chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee Richard Burr (R-NC) previously said as much during a recent interview last week.

“What I’ve been doing since then is checking with my sources on the Democrtic side to understand the full context of his remarks because that was essentially a partisan comment from one side,” Dilanian said. “But this is a bipartisan investigation, and what I’ve found is the Democrats don’t dispute that characterization.”
