The Republican Governors Association (RGA) released a digital ad on Wednesday attacking Georgia’s Democratic candidate for governor, Stacey Abrams, for not paying her taxes and for using Georgia as a “stepping stone” to a presidential run.

Abrams won the Democratic primary on Tuesday, and the RGA quickly released a 17-second digital ad titled “Meet Stacey Abrams.”

“Meet Stacey Abrams. She wants to be president, only using Georgia as a stepping stone,” the ad’s narrator says. “Wants higher taxes on working families but can’t pay her own taxes. Stacey Abrams: out for herself, not Georgia.”

Abrams owes the IRS $54,000 after deferring tax payments in 2015 and 2016.

“Stacey Abrams has made it clear that she is pursuing Georgia’s highest office not to serve the people of her state, but to further her own ambitions while she pushes for higher taxes on working families,” RGA spokesman John Burke said in a statement. “Georgia needs a governor who sees their state as more than just a stepping stone. Stacey Abrams is out for herself, not working Georgians, and she can’t be trusted to lead.”
