New Hampshire primary voter Julie Applestein voiced concern about a second presidential run for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) because of the allegations of sexual harassment by staffers on his 2016 campaign during an interview with CNN that aired Thursday.

CNN’s Ryan Nobles reported that Sanders met on Wednesday with a group of former campaign staffers, who said they had experienced sexism and sexual harassment while they worked on the Vermont senator’s 2016 presidential campaign.

“I think with the ‘Me Too’ movement especially it’ll be something that’s going to come up in campaigns, and it’s going to come up in the 2020 election. So I don’t think that we should run a candidate like that with that much risk,” Applestein told Nobles about the allegations against Sanders’ 2016 campaign.
