An anti-Kavanaugh protest fizzled out on Friday, as only a few dozen people showed up outside the U.S. Capitol to protest Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation on Friday.
ABC News posted a video of the protest on their Facebook page, but compared to the protests that took place on Thursday, in which more than 300 people were arrested, this event was much more subdued.
One of the event organizers asked the small crowd how many of them were planning to stay until the Senate votes on Kavanaugh’s nomination, which could take place early Saturday evening.
Only a handful of protestors raised their hands to acknowledge that they would be there.
