Pelosi on Fudge Challenge: ‘Come On In’

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) told reporters that she welcomed a challenge from Rep. Marcia Fudge (D-OH) to be the leader of the Democratic caucus during her weekly press conference on Thursday.

A reporter asked Pelosi what she thought about Fudge possibly challenging her for the speakership.

“I say it to everybody. Come on in, the water’s warm,” Pelosi responded.
