President Donald Trump is going all out for this year’s July 4th festivities in Washington, D.C. The U.S. capital is usually home to an impressive fireworks display for thousands in attendance and millions on TV. But this year, Trump is kicking things up a notch.

Trump has promised the Independence Day festivities will include a variety of tanks and fighter jets:

The number of vehicles will be very small with the current plan to have two M1 Abrams tanks, two Bradley fighting vehicles and an armored M88 Recovery Vehicle, along with an “appropriate” number of accompanying personnel.

Multiple US military aircraft will participate in the celebrations as well, according to two defense officials, including the B-2 stealth bomber and F-22 fighter jets.

In addition to the bombers and jets, the world-renowned Blue Angels are expected to fly overhead, as well.

The tanks on hand will most likely be immobile. The extreme weight of armored vehicles and their tracks would likely cause damage to local D.C. streets, according to officials.

Trump will deliver remarks from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, according to CNN.

Democrats attempted to thwart the “Salute to America” earlier this year when they sent a letter pleading with the president to reconsider his plans. They claimed to be concerned that Trump may use the platform to make a political speech on the taxpayers’ dime.

While past presidents have often hosted July 4th celebrations at the White House, most have not attended large public celebrations on the national Mall, per CNN.
