In a tweet Sunday morning, President Trump rekindled his rivalry with Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos. The president encouraged employees at the Bezos-owned Washington Post to go on a “really long strike.”

The president portrayed a potential strike as a win-win for Post workers and himself, saying they’d get paid more while he “would get rid of Fake News for an extended period of time!”

Trump also suggested that the Washington Post advocates on behalf of Bezos’ company in D.C., asking if it is “a registered lobbyist.” He has made similar insinuations in the past.

The president has often feuded with reporters at the Post, often disputing their reports on his White House.
