For perhaps the first (and only) time, President Donald Trump and quarterback-turned-activist Colin Kaepernick are on the same list.

Those public figures, both household names and both divisive in their own ways, are among the finalists for TIME’s “Person of the Year.”

TIME announced the finalists on Monday. It will announce its “Person of the Year” on Wednesday.

Trump’s presence on the list is no surprise, given he has been at the center of the world’s attention every single day this year. However, Trump himself doesn’t think he’s likely to win, pre-empting the announcement with his own tweet in late November.

A late favorite for the “Person of the Year” may be the #MeToo movement. The movement’s revelations of sexual harassment and assault by powerful men has upended the U.S. Senate, U.S. House, political campaigns, Hollywood, the world of journalism, and American culture as we know it.

A few choices would no doubt upset Trump, including Kaepernick – the racial justice activist whom Trump has sparred with on Twitter – and Mueller, whom Trump believes is conducting a “witch hunt” against his administration.

TIME’s announcement on Wednesday is sure to spark a lot of conversations in Washington and beyond.
