Trump supporters eager to attend the president’s 2020 campaign kickoff event in Orlando are planning to wait for more than 40 hours in the rain and humidity, according to a report by Fox 35 Orlando.

The line to get into the Amway Center began forming around 5 a.m. on Monday, according to Fox 35’s Robert Guaderrama.

“Take a look, it is now pouring here where supporters have lined up outside the Amway Center. This is dedication,” he said. “I can tell you, everyone is pretty much soaked here. And with more than 24 hours to go, we’re expecting the line out here to get longer and longer.”

“We wanted to make sure we got in the building since tens and tens of thousands of people are expected,” one supporter said.

“Rain or shine we’re going to stay here no matter what,” another young supporter said.

“[For] those folks that don’t make it into the arena tomorrow, there is a block party that’s planned,” Guaderrama said. “It’s called 45 Fest, and it is being held right behind us beyond that fence there across the street from the Amway Center. You can expect live music, food vendors, and they’re setting up big screens to watch the rally live.”

Trump tweeted about the lines Monday evening:
