Former NFL quarterback Vince Young said that if he won a Super Bowl, he would go to the White House and added that President Trump is “cool,” during an interview on the Barstool Sports podcast “Pardon My Take.”

Barstool’s Big Cat asked Young a hypothetical: if he came back to the NFL and won a Super Bowl, would he visit the White House with his team?

Young, who has not played in the NFL since 2011, was a two-time Pro Bowl quarterback and the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2006.

Traditionally professional athletes in America visit the White House after their team has won its championship. However, dozens of professional athletes have elected not to visit since Trump became president out of protest.

“Yeah, yeah, I’d go to the White House,” Young responded. “I know Donald. Donald’s cool.”

Young visited President George W. Bush’s White House in 2006 after Young led the Texas Longhorns to their first National Championship since 1981 in a thrilling 41-38 win over the University of Southern California.
