Virginia Gov. Advocates Murdering Children After They’re Born

During a radio interview, Ralph Northam explained how a controversial abortion bill in the Virginia legislature would work. It sounds a lot like murder.

During an interview with Washington, D.C. radio station WTOP, Gov. Ralph Northam (D-VA) was asked about a controversial new abortion bill that would lift the ban on third-trimester abortions in the commonwealth of Virginia.

Before putting the question the Northam, the WTOP host explained that a Virginia General Assembly committee hearing got contentious when a Fairfax, Virginia member attempted to explain how lifting the abortion ban would work. The Virginia House GOP put up video of that interaction:

The WTOP host then put the question to Northam: where do you stand on allowing abortions, even when a woman is dilating and about minutes or hours away from giving birth, and can you explain this Democrats’ bill?

NORTHAM: “If a mother is in labor – I can tell you exactly what would happen – the infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated, if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and mother.”

To be clear, Northam is saying that a child is being born, and “then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and mother” about what to do with that child.

Democrats have successfully advocated for abortion by claiming that the life growing inside a mother is a fetus, not a human child. Northam’s answer here sounds like he’s talking about killing infants after they are born, which would be a direct violation of that child’s constitutional rights.
